Bilirakis Applauds House's Passage of Legislation Consolidating VA Clinics in Pasco County

"Today's vote is a win for all veterans, especially those living in and around the Tampa Bay area," said Bilirakis. "This legislation will not only increase veterans' access to quality care, but also make it more convenient for veterans to receive the care they need. In Pasco County alone, this bill will enable the five existing clinics that are strained and spread out across the Tampa Bay area to consolidate into a convenient, one-stop facility that will serve all veterans' medical needs. I urge my colleagues in the Senate to take swift action in passing H.R. 3521 and for the President to sign this legislation into law, so the VA can continue to provide quality care to our veterans."
