Bilirakis Introduces Legislation to Prevent All ObamaCare Taxes Without Necessary IRS Verification

"The Administration's decision to allow individuals to self-certify their employment, income and health status under ObamaCare violates the conditions of the law and opens the system to fraud," said Bilirakis. "The No Taxation Without Verification Act would require the IRS to certify that all reporting requirements are met before the law's taxes are imposed on hardworking Americans and our nation's job creators."

The No Taxation Without Verification Act will require the Administration to verify the information provided for the Exchanges before it can implement any ObamaCare tax provision. Taxes subject to the legislation include the Health Insurance Tax, the Individual Mandate, the Employer Mandate, premium subsidies and the Medical Device Tax.

Americans for Tax Reform (ATR) have come out in support of the legislation.
