Bilirakis Meets With FL12 Residents During 2 Town Halls This Week
Congressman Gus Bilirakis (FL-12) this week held two town hall meetings in Florida’s twelfth congressional district to discuss legislative issues with constituents. The Congressman provided the local community with an update on the work he has been doing in Congress.
On Monday, the Congressman held an event in Dade City with special guests State Senator Wilton Simpson and State Representative Danny Burgess. Residents and lawmakers discussed ideas to help make the state and local communities thrive.
On Wednesday, the Congressman held an event in New Port Richey to discuss his legislative efforts in Congress, and issues important to the local community. The Congressman addressed many concerns on a variety of topics including Veterans’ health care issues, local job growth, and health care reform. Residents shared their thoughts and ideas on ways to support local Veterans, patients, families, and businesses.
