Rep. Gus Bilirakis Accepting Applications for Service Academy Nominations

Washington, D.C. - Rep. Bilirakis (R-Palm Harbor) announced that his office is accepting applications from students interested in matriculating to United States Service Academies in the fall of 2008.

In order to receive an application, perspective candidates should send a letter to the attention of Rosalie Grenelle in the Congressman's Palm Harbor office (address below).

The letter should include their name, permanent residency address, phone number, current school they are attending with graduation date, SSN, date of birth, and a statement that the person is interested in a nomination to a service academy. Nominations by Rep. Bilirakis are only available to students from the Ninth District of Florida.

Once the office has received the letter, an application will be sent to the student. This application must be completed and returned to the Palm Harbor office PRIOR to December 1, 2007.
