Washington, D.C. — House Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) and incoming Innovation, Data, and Commerce Subcommittee Chair Gus Bilirakis (R-FL) today announced a hearing on enhancing American global technology leadership to counter competition from China and prevent the Chinese Communist Party from deciding our economic future.  

Washington, DC:  For the first time since its inception, the U.S. House of Representatives’ full Energy and Commerce Committee has a woman at the helm.

Tampa, FL:  Earlier today Congressman Gus Bilirakis proudly cut the ribbon on the new James A.

Inverness and Brooksville:  As a result of legislative redistricting, Florida’s 12^th Congressional District now comprises Citrus, Hernando and parts of Pasco counties.  As such, Congressman Bilirakis has closed his Tarpon Springs office.  His New Port Richey office will remain open and fully-staffed.
