WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representatives Gus Bilirakis (R-FL-12), Susan Wild (D-PA-07)Lloyd Smucker (R-PA-11),  Angie Craig (D-MN-2) and Tim Walberg (R-MI-5) have introduced the Medicare Enrollment Protection Act of 2024. This important legislation will protect seniors from coverage gaps in Medicare by closing the Medicare Part B-COBRA loophole.

Washington, DC – Earlier today, Representatives Gus Bilirakis (R-FL) and Angie Craig (D-MN) introduced the Leveraging Integrity and Verification of Eligibility for (LIVE) Beneficiaries Act.  According to a recent HHS Office of Inspector General report
