Washington, D.C. – Today, U.S. Representatives Gus Bilirakis (R-FL) and Mike Levin (D-CA), Chair and Ranking Member of the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs Subcommittee on Economic Opportunity, introduced bipartisan, bicameral legislation to expand and strengthen Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) services for homeless veterans during the COVID-19 pandemic.

1- You sent out a tool for constituents to back date their claims. But then there is a message from CONNECT that says doing so may delay processing of their application. Should constituents backdate their claims or will they automatically get retroactive payments?
