Washington, DC- The Center for Effective Lawmaking recently issued Legislative Effectiveness Scores for the 115th Congress (2017-2018) based upon its independent analysis of legislative performance. During this time period the organization ranked Congressman Gus Bilirakis as Florida's most effective legislator, and the 39th overall most effective Republican lawmaker in the U.S. House of Representatives. The Center notes that Bilirakis's performance exceeded expectations when considering factors such as level of seniority and leadership posts.
Congressman Gus Bilirakis is proud to announce that Pasco County Schools, in collaboration with Youth and Family Alternatives and Premier Community Health Center, has just received $100,000 in federal funding to enhance its efforts to improve the physical and mental health of students and families in the Holiday area. These services are delivered through the School Based Health Center, which is located at Gulfside Elementary, a Community Partnership School. The current program has provided dental services to approximately 500 students within surrounding neighborhoods.
