**Legislation would create pilot program for partnerships between VA and Federally Qualified Health Centers**

Washington, DC: This morning, an initiative authored by Congressman Bilirakis that permanently eliminates the annual limit on per patient therapy expenditures in Medicare became law. The prior law limited services such as physical, occupational or speech therapy to a maximum of $2,010 per year.
